The staff was absolutely professional and very understanding. My mother passed at home with hospice. When they arrived to take her to the funeral home we were extended the utmost of courtesy to take our time and say our goodbyes. In addition, about an hour after they left, my siblings and I walked into my mom’s room and the team had placed a single white rose on mom’s bed where she passed. We were all so touched we wept as a family. This moment of respect was so very comforting to us. We knew she would be treated with the respect she deserved. Such a wonderful team, I would absolutely recommend them to everyone going through the process of saying goodbye to your loved one!
