It’s Sunday Mother’s Day 2025. Someone stole a vase from my brother’s gravestone and I spoke to Doug about it. Doug was handing out Carnations, cookies, and water for Mother’s Day which I super appreciated! He said someone stole about 300 vases, but the photo evidence was not clear enough for the cops to take further action. Instead, the company kindly helped buy more vases to replace the lost ones. The staff accumulated a list of the missing vases, but my brother was not yet on the list. Doug kindly added him and let me grab one for my older brother. Thank you, Doug! You are amazing and you made my day!! Happy Mother’s Day to all!!

Bruises was such a help and comfort. Todd was so great to work with and made things happen when a problem presented itself. At the graveside service he guided me thru it all when I was numb with grief burying my husband. So grateful to him and the staff!! Thank you Todd

PLEASE PASS IT ON TO THOSE WHO DO,WHAT YOU ALL DO,WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE, YOUR EVERYDAY WORK AND CARE YOU GIVE OUR FAMILIES, AND LOVED ONES,.I feel it every time we come to be with our loved ones. Dear Chelsea, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for everything you did for our family during such a difficult time. Your respect, professionalism, and compassion truly meant more to us than words can express. Because we do not live in town, coordinating everything through text messages, phone calls, and emails could have been overwhelming. However, you made the entire process smooth and manageable. Your responsiveness and willingness to take care of every detail eased a great deal of stress for our family. I especially want to thank you for helping calm a very challenging situation. Emotions were understandably high, and when my aunt repeatedly insisted on making announcements about her husband’s funeral services scheduled for the following day, it became distressing for our family. We felt strongly that this time was meant to honor my father-in-law, and your calm, respectful assistance in helping address the situation made a meaningful difference. Your presence helped keep the focus where it belonged and restored a sense of peace and order. Additionally, when there were family members behaving rudely or out of place, you handled those moments with remarkable professionalism, kindness, and care. The way you spoke with them privately and compassionately did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated. Your ability to remain patient, composed, and genuinely caring throughout everything brought comfort to our family during an emotional time. We are truly grateful for your dedication and support. Thank you again for everything you did for us. Ullrey Memorial Chapel is fortunate to have someone as compassionate and professional as you. With sincere appreciation. RMAERN
