It's been one year to the date I received one of the most devastating phone calls in my life. My brother had passed away. 😪I live in Chicago and had to travel to Denver Colorado to make arrangements for my brother. I was given a few numbers for funeral homes. I picked Romero funeral home because they were the Most Pleasant and Professional. They were very accommodating, considering I had to make arrangements in a short period of time. Pleasantly Surprised they sent me a message that they are thinking of my family and hoping we are doing well. I've never had a funeral home do that. Thank you for your services and follow up. They made it easy from the initial phone call of gathering necessary information to our final call to discuss final plans for our loved one.
