Every single person was professional, responsive, and worked to accommodate my family’s needs. They were sensitive without being patronizing. Really perfect during a tough period. I cannot compliment them enough.

We recently attended a service. Our GPS got us lost going to the service. We are not familiar with Waukesha. After the service, Marquita, gladly printed us directions for three different routes. She was very accommodating, friendly, and concerned about us not getting lost leaving the funeral home. We appreciated her help! When I called the next day, to compliment her, she said she was wondering if we got home without difficulty! She showed superior Customer Service!

Kindness and compassion are the two words which come to mind for CCZ funeral home. They kept in contact with us during the entire process, gave us wonderful suggestions as to flowers etc. and even contacted us afterward to see how we were doing. They provided information on grieving and were there every step of the way and beyond. I would definitely recommend this organization. You will not be disappointed.
