Has a mortuary down in so cal transport my wife to Santa Barbara... She would be buried on arrival.... like a UPS delivery... NO contcted the SB cem and they recommender Mc Dermott nd Crocket. I contactdd them and Jennifer was a supreme help.... she took over where the others left me in lombo.... The even arranged doe services, at extended hours when the cem said no.. In 72 hours the put together and astounding schedule and a very very reasonable charge 1/3 of what I paid doeen south... Jennifer was in total control and put together every detail from church, a minister, flowers, pictures even arranged for a video to be made..... Every detail and then some that I never could have. immigined .. When the say they are there for you it is not idle chatter..... they have connections with every possible rresource and make difficult times seamless and smooth.... Outstanding in every respect.... nothing went wrong it exceeded my hopes in every aspect and then some

Very kind and compassionate people work here. I live out of the area and they made sure to be there to pass off my mom’s cremated remains on a day they aren’t usually in the office, all to accommodate my schedule. Highly recommend them.

At the most difficult time of my life, I was so incredibly grateful to have been put in contact with McDermott-Crockett. I worked with Jen, and she was flat out fantastic. There was international shipping involved for several items, which she handled completely. At one point, a concern arose over custom declarations. Jen made herself available over the weekend to make sure the appropriate forms were completed so as not to delay the shipment.
