The people at Riverside did a great job of meeting our needs and making sure we had all of the details. They also have followed up many times since the funeral to make sure we were all ok. Really appreciated them.

They are special as they have a gift for handling these sensitive matters with professionalism and a sincere warmth that doesn't go unnoticed. They guided me through each step and made me feel comfortable when I called them and even assisted me with a matter that I was unable to explain clearly what I needed with the hospice in El Paso where my Dad had passed. Your staff went out of their way to communicate to them what I needed. All taken care of. They are truly an asset to your mortuary as they exceeded any expectations I may have had. Our experience with the staff at Riverside Family Funeral Home was outstanding.
