Riverside Funeral Services in Los Lunas was absolutely amazing. Carmela was great, she took care of my dad & she was very helpful with explaining everything & very sympathetic to our needs. We did a direct cremation because we didn't have very much money & when I went to pick up my dad's remains i expected to just go pick him up & leave. But it wasn't that way at all. They had it all set up beautifully & gave us time to cry & say our good byes. I will be recommending them from now on to anyone that may need their services. They are very compassionate with the family during their difficult time and find the best plan for their loved they lost. And with them reaching out with guidelines and checking on the family they spoke with is memorable and very appreciated.

We are so grateful for the exceptional service provided by Jorge. The days leading up to my mother's death were extremely painful and most of our family came from out of state which meant we needed a prompt viewing before they had to fly home. Jorge took our concerns serious and worked tirelessly to ensure all of our needs were met. He even offered to drive my mother's ashes to me if needed.
