When my aunt passed away unexpectedly at a rehabilitation facility, I received a call just after midnight informing me of her death. Waking up to that news left me disoriented, heartbroken, and in total shock trying to process everything. She was patient, kind, and incredibly understanding during such a difficult moment. The following day, we had a phone meeting where she guided me through the process, gathered the necessary information, and clearly explained what to expect. One of the most helpful things she provided was an aftercare checklist, which gave me a clear, step-by-step guide during a time when my thoughts were scattered and I felt completely lost and overwhelmed, having something to guide me was an incredible relief. Additionally, they sent me weekly guides that were also very helpful. In one of the hardest moments of my life, I found not just professionalism, but real humanity. I’m deeply grateful for the care and support I received. Choosing Regency Mortuary—and working with Tannia—I truly feel my aunt was honored with the dignity, care, and respect she deserved.

Tannia was so incredibly compassionate with me when my husband of 30 years passed away rather suddenly. I was in a fog and she so kindly and patiently guided me and our adult children through the process of celebrating his life. When the service came around the attendance was overwhelming.
