We had a great experience with Simplicity’s Ladson office. Prior to our loved one death their team answered all our questions and concerns. The removal team was caring and treated my father with respect. Brandi was an exceptional director, she communicated with us every step of the way and treated us with the same care and compassion when our mother passed away. We will always choose Simplicity in our time of need.

Five stars is simply not enough for this establishment. For the last ten years, as a hospice nurse, I have recommended hundreds of families to Simplicity. They have always been pleasant to work with and have always been super professional in their care. On 1/23/26, I had to endure the passing of my precious dad. The ONLY option for us was Simplicity in North Charleston. I had known this for years as my dad had wished for cremation. From the moment Chrissy arrived to the hospital after my dad passed to the moment we picked him up, she was nothing short of amazing. She is super caring, gentle, and just an awesome person to do this kind of work. Having known her for some time while working in hospice, I knew we were in excellent hands. I was able to tell my grieving mom that Chrissy would make sure everything was taken care of. And that couldn’t be more true. I wouldn’t want to go through this process with any other location or funeral home. They are simply the best. I could not recommend more!

A Kind, peaceful and warm feeling as I entered the building. Every person I came in contact with was knowledgeable and extremely helpful during an exceedingly difficult time. Very respectful of my needs and what arrangements were desired. Everything that was promised happened the way they said it would. Highly recommend them to care for your dearly departed loved one.
