Always very professional staff that treats you like family. Dealing with the difficult time of loosing a family member takes a toll out of you. I’ve heard other funeral homes taking advantage of family during this emotional draining event as far as prices. Carter Trent has always kept the process simple and explained everything in detail. They never had hidden surprises or fees. I’ve always trusted them. That means a lot when someone is going through a difficult time.

Our funeral director, Ashley McLemore, listened attentively to the plans our mother, Ruby Nelms, had made regarding her services and burial. She found a pink casket that my mother requested instead of the one picked in her pre-need insurance policy and made sure our wishes were followed in every way possible. She made a difficult time bearable and I can't thank her enough!

The staff at Carter Trent in Weber City went above and beyond when we suddenly lost our Sweet Greg. They listened to us and showed so much compassion to us as we made all the arrangements. We wanted to incorporate Greg’s love for Notre Dame football and once again they let us bring what ever we wanted to bring and they done an amazing job on the Pamphlets for people to remember Greg by. They also put a special touch on the vault that held Greg’s resting place with a Notre Dame theme and we couldn’t be more happier with their services.
