My mom has said for years and years this is where she would like to be cremated. This is where her brother was cremated. They took great care of the family then and took great care of us now. The corner was very caring upon pickup of my mother at her home — made the bed she was lying on and even placed a white rose on her pillow which was such a nice surprise. Thank you Simplicity <3

Great service and a very caring staff. They took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. We are from out of town and traveled to the area and Simplicity had everything ready and in order for us. It really made for a stress free experience. We used Simplicity in Ladson. Riley and his team are kind, caring, soft spoken, calm, and patient. They willingly answered questions. They assisted me with filling out the paperwork and repeated information when needed. They returned my calls efficiently. They were so helpful in through the cremation and preparation for burial of my father and stepmother. I did accidentally call the North Charleston location one day and based on my phone interaction, the North Charleston office does not seem to have the compassion and caring nature of the Ladson office. I highly recommend Riley and his Ladson team.
