Our prayers were answered when we decided upon Riverside and their services. From start to finish we felt comfortable leaving our Mother in their care. Riverside is a very busy funeral facility, yet we felt we had their undivided attention to our needs. Somehow we were “special”. Thank you. And a special thank you to Sabrina for handing Mom over to us in a timely manner so that we could have a celebration of life for her as planned, out-of-state. It was a beautiful celebration and we are forever grateful to Sabrina and Riverside for making it happen. God bless you, one and all.

I’m not even from nor do I live in Mew Mexico. But everyone was so nice and helpful and very understanding of my situation when my dad passed. Huge shout out to Carla (I think that’s her name) and Gabriel. They were so sweet, patient and they made sure to help me understand everything that was going on while I was a wreck. Loved this place and their staff <3

They are special as they have a gift for handling these sensitive matters with professionalism and a sincere warmth that doesn't go unnoticed. They guided me through each step and made me feel comfortable when I called them and even assisted me with a matter that I was unable to explain clearly what I needed with the hospice in El Paso where my Dad had passed. Your staff went out of their way to communicate to them what I needed. All taken care of. They are truly an asset to your mortuary as they exceeded any expectations I may have had. I stand tall referring my friends and family to Riverside Mortuary fully confident they will be taken care of.
