I appreciate how well the staff keeps the gravesites (though I do an extra bit of spring and summer trimming for my family sites). l have recommended Glen Haven to many friends and family and they have been pleased with the service they received.

The lady that we dealt with was a little snippy. Not exactly warm and fuzzy to deal with when an older family member is grieving and there were not nearly enough chairs set up in the mausoleum for the service.; however, they did what they were supposed to do and everything went smoothly.

Heritage Memorial Funeral Home made arrangements super easy while we were dealing with the death of my mother. The funeral director and staff were very accommodating and professional. Taking the time to explain everything so we were on the same page. They made the whole process easy so we could deal with all the other responsibilities we needed to handle.

April was absolutely amazing. She helped make a stressful and challenging situation much easier. I was kept informed throughout the process from first contact to completion of the final arrangements. She was helpful and informative making this an easier process than anticipated! At such a stressful time it is nice to have someone who is friendly and seems to genuinely care.
