The lady that we dealt with was a little snippy. Not exactly warm and fuzzy to deal with when an older family member is grieving and there were not nearly enough chairs set up in the mausoleum for the service.; however, they did what they were supposed to do and everything went smoothly.

I can’t stress enough the way the personnel at Heritage leaned in back in May when we lost our father. They were polite, helpful, and very responsive. They took care of things that we hadn’t thought of and it was such a help in such a stressful time.

Heritage Memorial Funeral Home was our choice to handle my Mother’s funeral arrangements. The staff was so caring and attentive to our needs. Katie Jackson was very professional and really helped us deal with a very tough time in our lives. We will forever be grateful for the service we received.
