Suzette was incredibly compassionate in managing the arrangements for my father. This is an incredibly emotional process (obviously) for one to manage for their loved ones, but Suzette's clear instruction was reassuring and helped to ease my overwhelm of the "next steps." In addition, her incredible empathy through the process was so healing and I appreciated her so much. Highly recommend to others in similar situations.
