It’s never a pleasure to experience the loss of a loved one on any level. Our parents prepared in advance many years ago to be cremated and processed through Bay Area Cremation. When the time came for us to call and have each one picked up after they passed, we experience the most amazing respect, professionalism, and communication. There was a spirit of all of the people involved that comforted our family through this tough process.
