Our family sincerely appreciates the courteous and professional behavior by every staff member we worked with from Edwards Memorial at University Place. This occurred near the Christmas holidays and all of the family did not have to worry about any of the details. All aspects of the process were clearly explained. We also appreciate the honest dealing with staff. There was no "upsell" like we know has happened to some of our friends at other funeral homes. A definite recommend.
