They are very compassionate with the family during their difficult time and find the best plan for their loved they lost. And with them reaching out with guidelines and checking on the family they spoke with is memorable and very appreciated.

Their availability through texts, phone calls and our in-person conversations was very important. In my view, when you go through grief, having to plan services, this personal touch from the funeral home you are choosing is essential. It is not the same as solely interacting online. I've always felt that funerals and cremation services are for the bereaved, not the deceased.
