The service provided was great! But I ordered 3 long and 2 short death certificates and have heard nothing about them. We need them for Sharon's annuity.

I want to thank Crown Memorial Salem, and Kathleen specifically for helping our family this past November navigate the passing of our mama. This is going to sound weird, but she has helped me 3 times in the past 2 years, as I was custodian of my aunt, then my uncle, as well as my mom, and I now consider Kathleen a trusted friend.
Admittedly, I chose your company based on your low fees and costs, but I wound up being treated with compassion and comfort and that was priceless.
