In November 2025 we chose Benito and Azzaro to help us plan my son Bryan services. We set up a meeting with them 3 days after his passing. Upon arrival we were introduced to Megan Nguyen the funeral director and embalmer to make arrangements. Megan met us with So Much compassion and understanding that we bonded with her so quickly. Because we knew that our son wanted to be buried we had a very specific date that we wanted to have his service on with an open casket. That date was 23 days from his passing. With Megan also being the Embalmer she said she would do her very best to preserve him. The day of his viewing, my son looked absolutely wonderful and I can’t thank her enough. Throughout the 3 weeks of planning there were so many conversations that took place for so many plans that involved the cemetery service, to the celebration of life and Megan orchestrated all of the details to transfer things from one location to another. If anyone is in need of unfortunately planning a service in the Santa Cruz area then I highly recommend that you go straight to Megan and not even look any farther. If I could give her a 100 Star rating I would as she was that good. Thank You Megan for being such A Special Person for being there for us in the hardest time of life. ❤️
