We are so thankful for Klontz Funeral Home and Cremation Services! They were such a blessing to us in such a difficult time. This was our third time needing their services so we knew we were in good hands! This time we were 3000 miles away and having to coordinate long distance was made so easy by them. Can't say enough about the staff especially Diane, so compassionate and caring. They care for you after everything is completed as well, making sure you're ok not only emotionally but making sure you have all the information you need to take care of all the needed requirements after your loved one passes! Edwards is truly the very best!! Don’t hesitate to choose them because they aren’t the typical funeral home business, they are a family doing it as a labor of love for our community!!! My dad passed in 2018, so I hesitated to write this review at first, but my motto in life is better late than never. From the beginning when my dad was escorted out of the house into the hands of Edwards, I remember the two gentlemen who are so kind and compassionate. It was like from then on I knew he was in great hands, the right hands. Everyone at Edwards was kind and compassionate, but Melissa takes the cake! She was the coordinator who worked with me and my mom. She treated me and took care of us like family, she felt like a sister to me! She didn’t work there to collect a paycheck, it was labor of love for her as with the rest of the Edwards family. They Forever impacted me and my mom’s life. They touched our hearts.
