Angela Laboy Aponte June 1928-July 2020 Angela was born in Ponce, PR on June 4th, 1928 to Domingo Laboy Robles and Isabel Aponte Toro. She was one of many siblings. She moved to Rockland County in 1965, where she raised her family. Angela was the beloved mother of Edwin, Daniel, Modesto, Abel, Wilfredo, Luis, Isabel, Maria, and Billy. She was a beloved grandmother of many grandchildren. Angela always taught her children the value of hard work. She enjoyed decorating her house and had a great passion for gardening. Angela was very loved by family, friends, and neighbours. Angela passed on July 4th, 2020 after a short battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her mother, father, and all her siblings. Most recently, she was predeceased by her grandsons, Edwin and Angel. May God hold her hand and bring her to the peaceful place of rest next to Him. We love you Mom! You will be missed tremendously!
