Charles Edward Dean 71 of St. Petersburg passed away August 31, 2015. Born in Providence RI, Charles was a retired Truant Officer for the Pinellas County School System. He was a proud member of AARL, and his call sign was W4NHQ. He served our country in the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife Barbara, daughter Nanci Rosenkranz; brother William Dean, and grandson Jake. Cryptside services with military honors will be 10 AM Friday, September 4, 2015 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 4900 54th Avenue North in St. Petersburg. David C.
