David "David Ben Yosef" Irving Levi

David Irving Levi, age 91, of Las Vegas, died Thursday, October 10, 2019 in Las Vegas, NV. David was born February 25, 1928 in Springfield, MA. He was the proud owner of Dave's Food Basket grocery stores covering most of western Massachusetts. He and his wife, Eleanor, retired to San Diego, California where they resided for over 27 years enjoying the sunshine, beaches and Wild Animal Park. He is survived by his wife: Eleanor Kravitz Levi; Children : Judith Koblentz (Levi) , William and Frema Lafrance, Paul and Roberta Levi, Grandchildren: Michelle and Stephen Frabotta, Scott and Sara Koblentz, Jennifer LaFrance, Michael and Victoria LaFrance, Brian Lafrance, Adam Lafrance, Hannah Levi , and Great Grandchildren : Noah, Vivian, and Sebastian Frabotta, Victoria, Ella, and Sydney Koblentz, and Hailey and Emery Cuthbert. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Leah (Katz) Levi, his sister, Eileen Greenfeld, Brother-in-law, Albert Greenfeld, son-in-law, Barry Koblentz, and nephew, Joel Greenfeld.A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at El Camino Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121. David will be greatly missed by those who loved him. .
