Franklin Leroy Howell, age 73, of Las Vegas, died Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Frank was born August 5, 1946 in Chicago, IL. He is the son of the late Clarence Franklin and the late Helen Marie (Deater) Howell. He married Aileen Panta on May 9, 2006. He served his country faithfully in the United States Marine Corp and Coast Guard. He is survived by his wife Aileen and twin daughters. Graveside service will be held on Dec. 24, 2019 at 8:40am at the Southern Nevada Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
