Tribute Geraldine Bernal Gerri Bernal, 80, of Thornton, CO, beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandma, Great Grandma and Friend was called to be with the Lord on Sunday January 10th, 2021. She was born in Trinidad, Colorado, the daughter of John and Cleo Perea. A women of faith Gerri loved the Lord and was devoted to her children and grandkids. She was an amazing mother to 4 children Alex (Michelle), Mark (Diane), Julie (Ryan) Schultz and Christopher (Tonya). Grandchildren Joshua (Danny), Nathaniel (Thyra), Mychael, Amanda (Justin), Jessica, Chelsea (Andrew), Samanda, Austin, Ciera, Zachary, Gabrielle, Jaydon, Chloe; great-grandchildren Nathaniel, Deja, Ari Day and Aiden She was survived by 2 sisters and 6 brothers and preceded in death by her parents John and Cleo Perea, sisters Anna Mae Torres, Francis Cortez and brother Tony Perea and great-grand daughter Ryann Marie. A celebration of her life will be held this summer. In lieu of flowers the family asked donations be made to alz.org (Alzheimer’s Association). Services You can still show your support by sending flowers directly to the family, or by planting a memorial tree in the memory of Geraldine Bernal
