  • Price is for burial with no visitation or formal services and ceremonies. Does not include casket, outer burial container, or cemetery costs.
  • Includes all of the essential services of the funeral director and staff;
  • Removal of your loved one as well as transportation to the cemetery for burial (within a 25 mile radius of the funeral home).
  • Care of your loved one until burial is complete.
  • Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
  • All the necessary permits and authorizations.
  • Free self-service online obituary.
  • Many other optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, on-site catering, police escort to the gravesite, and more - at additional charge.

Carroll-Lewellen was exceptionally good to work with during a difficult time. I prearranged the services for our loved one, and that was handled efficiently. All of the employees were kind and respectful. Paperwork was provided very promptly, and communication was good.

My experience with Carroll-Lewellen was very good they were very understanding with the services i wanted for my Brother to be buried with my mother and put his information on my mothers stone. We also used there services for other family members in the past. The cost of the services were reasonable i would recommend Carroll-Lewellen to everyone 😊 Thanks to the staff of Carroll-Lewellen

This has been the most joyous experience of my life. Losing my dad was tough, but this place was amazing. Every single task was completed in timely manner with honor, dignity, and integrity. What a respectful group of people. I'm so grateful for each and every staff member. Even the after hour service. I'm so pleased my dad chose this place for his after life care.
