Jeanette "Pat” Siler August 28, 1919 �" July 16, 2008 Residence: Greeley, CO Tribute: Jeanette V. "Pat” Siler was born in Fort Lupton, CO to Tracy and Opal (Lovelady) Decker. She grew up in Fort Lupton with seven siblings. She graduated from Fort Lupton High School in 1937 and received her teaching credential from CSU. Mrs. Siler taught for a time in rural schools in the Fort Lupton area. On October 22, 1941 Pat married Robert C. Siler. She enjoyed traveling and was very devoted to her family. She was a lifelong Democrat. Mrs. Siler belonged to the Platteville United Methodist Church. Mrs. Siler died Wednesday July 16, 2008 at Northern Colorado Medical Center. Survivors: sons, John R. Siler and wife Lynn of Sedona, AZ, Duane A. Siler and wife Viviane of Falls Church, VA, and Brent B. Siler and wife Sue of McLean, VA; grandchildren, Jenny Siler Dunlap of Portland, ME, Ross Colin Siler of Salt Lake City, UT, and Bonnie Siler and Avery Siler of McLean, VA; great grandchild, Vivica Dunlap. She is also survived by siblings, Opal Lucille Embrey of Topeka, KS, Charles Decker of Johnstown, CO, and William Decker of Visalia, CA. Preceeded in death by: parents; husband; one brother; and three sisters. Memorial Service: 4:00 p.m. Saturday July 19, 2008 at Platteville First United Methodist Church. Inurnment: 2:00 p.m. Monday July 21, 2008 at Mizpah Cemetery, Platteville, CO. Note: Memorial contributions may be made to Platteville First United Methodist Church c/o Adamson Funeral & Cremation Services, 2000 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634.
