On Wednesday, October 19th, Jose Luis Obregon Sr, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away unexpectedly at the age of 65. Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Mission, Texas where he met and married his high school sweetheart of 46 years Maria Del Carmen Obregon (Castro). Jose enjoyed spending his free time with his family and if you knew him he really enjoyed Sunday barbecues. Anyone who ever attended was always treated like family. He is survived by his wife Maria, his six children Jose Jr, Noel, Tomas, Gilbert, Humberto (Amy), Francisco (Vanessa) 12 grandchildren and Tiffany. Viewing and funeral service will be held in his honor – a viewing for friends and family will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell with Rosary Recital at 7:00 pm. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Caldwell.
