January 19th, 1927 - November 13th, 2006
Brooks- Margaret 79 of Gulfport passed away Monday November 13, 2006 at Egret Cove Center, St. Petersburg. A native of St. Petersburg, she was a Medicare Auditor for St. Anthony's Hospital for 25 years. She was a volunteer and Math tutor at Gulfport Elementary School. She was a member of Northside Church of Christ, the Gulfport Fire Department Auxiliary and the Gulfport Historical Society. Survivors include a son Brian of St. Petersburg; three daughters Bonnie Brooks of Gulfport, Martha Shirah of Hickory NC and Marcella Archer of Conway AR; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Funeral services will be 10AM Friday, November 17, 2006 in the David C. Gross Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Paul Pryor, officiating. Interment will follow in Royal Palm Cemetery South. Friends will be received at the funeral home prior to service from 9AM thru service time. Service Information
