Patricia L. Million

Patricia L. Million passed away in her home in Parker, Colorado at the age of 63. She was found on August 26, 2023. The cause was a fall. She is survived by her son, Sam Million-Weaver; her parents, Lewis and Lois Million; her siblings, Don and Terri Million; and her ex-husband, Ted Weaver. Patti was a person who defied simple explanation. Her life included many joyful moments, especially during her years living in the mountains outside Nederland, Colorado, where she hiked for miles, telemark skied frontwards and backwards with grace and style, and moved an astonishing amount of earth and stone in her expansive garden. She also endured a heavy burden of repeated and intensive medical intervention, resulting from a rare type of tumor in her skull that was discovered while she was pregnant with her only child and returned twice throughout the course of her life. She had significant pain for many years. Even so, she created joy. She was a being of love and light. She will be missed. A memorial will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, September 8, 2023 at Ponderosa Valley Funeral Services with a reception to follow at her parents’ home in Parker.
