Richard Scott was born in Petaluma, California on June 28, 1947. He passed away at Enloe Medical Center in Chico California. Richard worked as a Helicopter Mechanic for the military for over twenty years. Survivors include his wife Laura Stein-Scott and sister Janice Nunes of Sacramento.
