Rita Krahling Halverson, age 67, passed away on July 5th, 2024, leaving behind many family and friends. Born to Nellie and Frank Krahling, sister of 6 siblings, Rita was always devoted to her church and family. She also took great pride in her role as a caregiver for over 30 years. Her interests included darts, karaoke, baking, and especially her love towards helping stray animals. 

Rita is survived by her husband, Philip B. Halverson, and two sons: Christopher Nealon and Jesse Halverson. Other family close to Rita are: Mary E. Krahling Cirbus, John F. Krahling, Teresa A. Krahling Thomson, Don J. Krahling, Robert M. Krahling, and James A. Krahling.

Memorial services for Rita will be held on July 20th, 2024 from 11am - 2pm at City Light Church, 801 W. Ray Road in Chandler, Arizona, 85225.In leu of flowers, the family encourages donations to be made to City Light Church.
