Rudolph Martinez

Rudolph "Rudy" Michael Martinez, surrounded by his loving family, passed on June 22, 2019. He was born in Denver, Colorado, on September 17, 1948. He is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Martinez and Genevieve (Miera) Aragon, his stepfather Manual Aragon; his oldest brother Samuel Patrick Martinez; stepdaughter Angel Valdez, and his son Rodolfo Miguel Martinez. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Mary Alice Martinez; siblings Gloria Greenfield (Toby); and Carlos Martinez (Irene). He is also survived by his daughters Tracey Maestas (Richard) and Jamiee Rivera (Rick), along with his grandchildren: Brandon, Kris & Justin Maestas; Brittany, Elijah, and Alyssa Martinez; Madison & Isabella Barajas-Rivera; including great granddaughters Elena, Brandy & Kamilla Maestas. Rudy is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and other family members. Rudy served as an Airman in the United States Navy and was very proud to be a US Veteran. Rudy retired from Excel Energy at age 62 after a successful career and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He especially loved listening to mariachi music and traveling to the ocean. Rudy was very generous and enjoyed giving better than receiving. Cemetery Details Ft.
