Elmer Bagley

Elmer “Bugaboo” Bagley, 49, of Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, July 23, 2026. He loved spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren. Bugaboo also enjoyed listening and dancing to music. He was very outgoing, understanding and loved all people. He loved his work, “Black Topping.”

He is predeceased by his parents; Jacklin and Harvey Bagley.

Bugaboo is survived by his wife, Angel Bagley; daughters, Meranda and Shana; two sons, Rocky and Brandon; several grandchildren; a brother, Harvey; a sister, ToniJo; several aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces and nephews.

Calling Hour will be Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from 11AM-12PM at A. Dewitt Memorial Funeral Home, Syracuse, NY.
