Edward J. Pageau

Edward “Ed” “Eddie” J . Pageau, 77, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on September 19, 2026 in the home he cherished with his wife of 55 years Holly Alling Pageau. He was the son of the late Lionel and Elizabeth Pageau. Ed was born and raised in West Haven, Connecticut and came to Florida in 1974. 

He was Vice President of Sales for Southern Lock and Supply, where after 37 years, retired at the age of 67. Ed enjoyed his retirement for 10 years of love, laughter, music, and sports, especially football. Ed’s cherished grandson, Chance, held an incredibly special place in Ed’s heart, and the two shared a lifetime of unforgettable memories, laughter and mutual admiration. 

Survived by his loving wife Holly, his daughter Dawn VanNiel and her husband Dave, of Dunnellon, Florida, his grandson Chance Pageau and his wife Anja, of Tampa Florida, as well as extended loving family, friends and coworkers. Ed is also survived by his loyal canine companions, Rey and Leia. Ed will be deeply missed. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
