Joann Rowand

On April 22nd , Joann peacefully passed away on Treasure Island, Florida, while surrounded by family and God. Joann was born in Camden New Jersey, September 9 th 1945. She raised her family in Glassboro, New Jersey. Joann is survived by her husband of 52 years, Skip Rowand; her three children, Emery Rowand, Chris Rowand and Cheryl Wolcott, as well as loving in-laws, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
