Steven Alexander Gielazyn

Steven Alexander Gielazyn, 57, passed away on August 14th, 2026 in Kenneth City, Florida. He was born in East Chicago, Indiana on September 10th, 1968 to Arlene and Alexander Gielazyn. He is survived by his daughters Ashley and Stephanie Gielazyn, his sister Virginia (David) Robertson and her children, Kristen and Eric, and her grandchildren. He is also survived by family in Argentina, and by caring friends.

Steve was known for having a good sense of humor and being a great cook who loved to share the food he prepared. He loved Star Trek and Star Wars movies and was very passionate about music. For movies and music, he believed that “if you couldn’t feel it, it wasn’t loud enough” and often spoke in song lyrics or movie quotes. “Remember…the Force will be with you, always.”
