Carolina, affectionately known as Carol, was a pillar of love, faith, and resilience. As a Mother, Grandma, Great-Grandma, and Great-Great-Grandma, she nurtured her family with grace and compassion, leaving a legacy that will continue through every generation she touched.She is survived by her children: Carol Stout, Mario Escobedo (Susana), Ana McGrew, Alicia Ortega (Saul), and Beatriz Escobedo. She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Luisa Jimenez. Her sister, Carmen Nunez. Her brother, Carlos Jimenez, and son-in-law, Gene McGrew. Her family includes 10 grandchildren: Susie Escobedo, Liz Ceballos, Alberto Escobedo, Robert Edminson, Brittney Stout, Aaron Stout, Katerina Moore, Gabriella Castro, Ayana McGrew and Carissa McGrew; 16 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
