Aurora Dora Quintana

Aurora “Dora” Quintana, 84, of Greeley passed away on March 18, 2026 at UHC Greeley Hospital. She was born April 1, 1941, in Santo Tomas, NM to Saul & Maria (Perez) Molinar. Dora was raised in Johnstown from an early age.

She married the love of her life Archie Quintana in Greeley on Oct.19, 1959. They were married for 65 years

Dora worked at Hewlett Packard for 22 years, in Loveland, Ft Collins and Greeley, she retired in 1996.

Dora always loved to read books, her favorites were mysteries & thrillers, she enjoyed watching the Colorado Avalanche & the Denver Broncos. Dora enjoyed spending her Friday & Saturday mornings going to yard sales all over town. She enjoyed going to the secondhand stores to see what treasures she could find. She enjoyed trips to Estes Park when her kids were young, she loved going into all the shops.

Her pride & joy were her grandsons & great grandkids. She was very close to her grandsons when they were growing up. She was always going to their activities & supported them in every way. She was very proud of them. She loved to take them out & spend as much time with them as she could.

Survivors include her daughter, Bernadine “Bernie” (Frank)Olmstead; grandsons, Kristopher (Alonna) Olmstead, Jeffrey (Kelsea) Olmstead, Frankie (Monique) Olmstead; great-grandchildren, Daxton Olmstead, Meilani Olmstead & Alice Olmstead; siblings, Hope Alvarez and Alice (Anthony) Vigil.

Dora was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Archie Quintana; her beloved son, Steve Quintana; her parents; brothers, Saul Molinar, Arthur Molinar, Jesse Molinar; sisters, Frances Velasquez & Delores Figueroa.

A Celebration of Life will be at Adamson Life Celebration Home on April 3, 2026, at 10 am, reception following at The Atlas, 709 16th St Greeley, Colorado.
