In Loving Memory of Jeffrey Charles Parins

Jeffrey Charles Parins, 73, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away on June 19, 2026.

Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Jeff carried with him the Midwestern values of hard work, humility, and loyalty throughout his life. Jeff graduated from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI and went on to proudly serve in the United States Marine Corps. After returning from the Marines, he obtained his law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. He went on to serve as Assistant District Attorney and later dedicated 25 years of service to the City of Greeley. He was known for his wit and sharp sense of humor.

Jeff enjoyed the simple things in life and found peace in the mountains, joy in photography, and comfort in books and music. He also found pleasure in building and painting military model planes. He never missed an opportunity to enjoy a Friday Fish Fry and cheer on his beloved Green Bay Packers. Above all, he was a great father. His quiet strength, thoughtful advice, and unconditional love will be treasured.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Milton G. Parins, his mother, Marion R. Van Orsdell, and his brother, Timothy J. Parins. He is survived by his two children Michael Parins and Katie Parins; Colorado. Siblings Patrick Parins; California and Joan Blanco; Florida.

We are grateful for his love and the years that we shared with him. He will be deeply missed and forever held in our hearts and memories.

A memorial to celebrate Jeff’s life will be held at Adamson Life Celebration Home on Saturday, September 19th, 2026 at 11:00 AM .
