Olga Zamarripa

Olga Zamarripa, 81, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away on September 6, 2026 in her home. She was born in Mexico on June 12, 1945, to Martin and Inez Cerda.

Olga married Paublo Zamarripa on November 17, 1961, in Floydada Texas. Olga was a devoted Catholic. She enjoyed playing bingo and loved her family wholeheartedly. Family was the center of her life, and she inspired everyone around her with her strong, unwavering love. She was the matriarch of the family and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her children: Paul (Alice) Zamarripa, Adolfo Zamarripa, Edward Zamarripa, Lidia (Manuel) Lozano, Joe Zamarripa, Martin Zamarripa, Vilsen Zamarripa, Isabel Zamarripa (Joe), Michael Zamarripa (Julian), and Alberto Zamarripa.

Her grandchildren: Amanda, Joey, Nicole, Cassandra, Manuel Paul, Jessica L., Jason, Margarita, David, Daniela, Jolene, Kaylynn, Evette, Martin, Jordan, Teddy, Joshua, Angie, Alberto, Adrean, Amariese, Arturo, Alexus, Ashley, Aliya, Alissa, Meredith, Madeline, Sydney, Jessica, Victoria, Ashley; 35 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.

Her siblings: Olaf Cerda, Oscar Cerda, and Ofelia Cerda.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pablo Zamarripa; her children Anthony Zamarripa and Margarita Zamarripa; two grandchildren; her parents; and one brother.

Visitation will be held from 4–6 PM on Monday, September 21, 2026 at Adamson Life Celebration Home. Funeral Mass will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at Our Lady of Peace.
