Scott Lance Lewis
Jul 28, 1982 — Mar 6, 2026
Scott Lance Lewis was born July 28, 1982, to Debra Carr Lewis and Leslie Lewis, Jr. at Tomball Hospital Tomball, Texas.
He died February 6, 2026, at Banner Health NCMC hospital Greeley, Colorado. Scott is survived by his mother, Debbie Carr, stepfather Bob Leaf, older brother, Shane, daughter in law Annette niece Savannah Lewis, his uncle Mike Carr of West Virginia and cousins, Tony and Shirley Lopez.
Scotty was a happy and enjoyable boy. Scott would look for his mother during the day to be close to her and love on her. When his brother came by, Shane always played with Scott especially with a little rough housing. Scott enjoyed his niece when she came to visit. When his cousins, Tony and Shirley, came to visit he always came out to be part of company. He loved Coca Cola as he would ask for a “coke” many times a day. He liked to play with his toys; toy organ, fire truck with sirens and toy cars that all made loud noises and listening to country music on his radio in his bedroom. He truly loved riding his horse, Granma and spending hours in his hot tub. Scott participated twice Special Olympics with his brother at Splendora, Texas and with his stepfather in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. It was Scott that caused the establishment of an Early Childhood Program in the Splendora School District, Texas at the age of three.
