Donald Edwin Fisher Lundquist

Donald Edwin Fisher Lundquist, longtime resident of Arlington, Virginia, completed his life on July 25, 2026, in Frederick, Maryland.

He is survived by his sons, Robert (Pamela Mumby), Claude (Ann), Erik (Ruth), Peter (Lisa), and Carrington (Anja); grandchildren (Nathan, Ethan, Kyle [Chantel], Andrew, Emily, Kaylie, and Collin); and great-granddaughter (Juniper).

Don was born in Boston, Massachusetts on August 1, 1931. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Richmond Lundquist, in 2009.

Don lived in Arlington for most of his life. He was employed by First Virginia Bank for his entire career, active in church and community events, and served in several charities.

A celebration of Don’s life will be held at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 2609 N Glebe Rd, Arlington, VA, on Friday, July 31, at 1:30 pm. A reception will follow at the church. Interment at Ivy Hill Cemetery will be private.
