Robert A. Meisenger

Robert A. Meisenger, aged 90, passed away early Friday morning, June 5th, 2026 in Great Falls, Virginia. He is survived by his two children; son Robert and daughter Lisa. He was married to the love of his life, our mother, Carla for 49 years. They eloped to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1966 before moving to Hong Kong. He had a long career working for the federal government, retiring in 1994. During their travels together, they discovered a love for living in Asia. He had many interests in life; amateur photography, renovating and designing homes, and the daily crosswords in the newspapers. He was an old fashioned man who was devoted to his daily papers as he tried to keep the print newspaper business from going out of business. And he will be greatly missed for his dry humor and love for bad puns. 

His memorial service is Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at 2 PM at Advent Funeral and Cremation Services. A celebration of life will follow the service.
