Allen Frank Shepler

Mar 10, 1956 — Aug 26, 2026

Allen passed away peacefully in hospice care at Mission Carmichael. He is survived by his son, Neil Shepler, his wife, Denice Campoy Shepler, his nephews, Chris Shepler and Bobby Shepler, his sister in law, Vicky Shepler, and another nephew, Jared Shepler. Allen was a painter by trade. His hobbies were golfing and fishing. He enjoyed watching T.V and cooking some of his favorite foods like spaghetti and meatballs, and ribs and sauerkraut; He even enjoyed yardwork sometimes. He had some good friends from his jobs and went camping with them and his family, and the dog too. He enjoyed his younger days in Redding, California. He had a great time at school there, and did what was called "animal husbandry;" like farm work with animals, but got school credits. He loved his animals, cats and dogs too. He took in strays quite a few times. He loved his son and was proud of him for getting a good job, working hard, and sharing financial and house responsibilities. I know his friends and entire family will miss him, but I believe he went to Jesus, as he willingly accepted the message of the hospital chaplain before he passed away.
