Nobuko Higgins-Digenhart

Nobuko Higgins-Digenhart, 83, passed away on February 20, 2026 in Sacramento, California. She was born on April 19, 1942. She is survived by her husband, James Allan Digenhart, and her daughters Grace Higgins and Andrea Keller. She was preceded in death by her previous husband, Kenneth Ray Higgins. At her request a public service will not be held. Her final resting place will be Fair Oaks Cemetery, in Fair Oaks, California. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Dementia Society of America.
