Carrie Ruth Savage

Carrie Ruth Savage age 69 of Sacramento California passed away peacefully on July 12, 2026. She was born on June 30, 1957, to Robert J Scott Sr. and Elnora L Williams (Fred), who has proceeded her in death. Carrie was the middle child of nine children, Mary, Robert Jr., Ruby, Zachary, Evelyn, Barbara, Randolph, and Wilfred, of which Mary and Zachary have proceeded her in death. Carrie met and married Michael Savage (preceded in death) of Chicago Illinois and into this union two children were born. Later Carrie met the love of her life Eugene Walker, with whom she would spend 46 years with until her passing. Carrie is survived by her children, Michelle Savage (Timothy) , Christina Savage (Leandre preceded in death) and Pierre Walker (Laurel). 15 grandchildren, Antonio, Dillon, Teshun, Tanasia, Heather, Donte Sr., Sierra, Tyrin, Kaleigh, Latasia, Isiah, Renetta, Sean, Elijah, Jada and “bonus grand” Keshionna.11 great-grands (GG’s) Stefan, Ximena, Milo, Donte Jr., Alaiya, Mattis, Micah, Jamarien, JaeMarie, Skye-lee, and Rhea. Also, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Carrie will be remembered for her bigger than life, heart, kindness, and love that she had for her family.
