Grant was the beloved son of the late Nathaniel McFarland and Helen McFarland, who resides in Sacramento. He is survived by a large and loving family, including his brothers Ronnie, Michael, and Gregory McFarland, and his sisters Cynthia, Sherie, and Andrea McFarland. Grant's legacy continues through his children, Grant McFarland, Jr. and Melissa McFarland, who adored their father deeply.
