Otis Dean Harris II

Otis Dean Harris II, affectionately known as "Popcorn," passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the age of 59. Born on July 8, 1967, Otis was a cherished resident of Elk Grove, California. 

Otis was a proud member of the Freemasons and the World’s Famous L.A. Breakers, organizations that played a significant role in his life. Through these communities, he formed lasting friendships and contributed his unique talents and spirit. His legacy is carried on by his loving family, including his six grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. 

Otis was a treasured figure in his community and will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. 

Otis's presence will be dearly missed, and he will be remembered for the warmth and love he brought into the lives of those around him.
