Elizabeth Ann Glahn

Elizabeth (Betsy) Ann Glahn (nee Brzeinski), 66, August 20, 2026 in Littleton, CO.

Betsy was born in Denver, CO, on November 16, 1959 to Joseph Edward Brzeinski and Willow Jean Brzeinski. She attended Thomas Jefferson High School and later received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Metropolitan State College of Denver, and worked many jobs in the field of sobriety counseling and massage therapy.

She was briefly married to Robert (Bob) Gurn, and she lived in the Denver metro area for most of her life. She loved the outdoors, particularly her cabin in the mountains. She also loved going to the movies, her dogs, and spending time with her family.

Betsy is survived by her children, Christina Glahn of Denver, CO; Kathryn Dark of Littleton, CO; and Jessica Glahn, of St. Paul, MN; her son-in-law, Brandon Dark, and her grandchildren, Kassidy and Logan, of Littleton. She is also survived by her siblings, John Brzeinski and Judith Brzeinski, both of Windsor, CO.

She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Willow, and her husband Robert Gurn. A Celebration of Life will be held at Hillside Community Church, 8085 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231. The service on September 11, 2026, will begin at 11 a.m. A reception will follow afterwards until 1:30 p.m.
